TUR

We are all set to make TUR an even better trade fair and become an even more important body for the travel industry. Our intention is to create a forum and the prerequisites for an even greater number of profitable business meetings, and engage the attention of exhibitors and visitors to matters concerning travel destinations, travel trends, the morals and ethics of travel, and much, much more.

Where are we headed? Seminar on the future, with some of Scandinavia's most interesting and prominent travel personalities, including Rabbe Grönblom, Petter Stordalen, Per G. Braathen and Jan Carlzon. The seminar is part of Networking Day. Contact Louise Isberg at FIN-S for more info, tel +46 (0)704 35 31 29.

Gothenburg will soon have the largest fully integrated hotel, exhibition and conference facility in Europe now that it has been decided to add a third, even taller tower to Hotel Gothia Towers and extend the hotel's original East Tower. The new tower and the extension, which is slated to be ready in the second half of 2014, will increase the number of rooms by more than 500 to a total of 1,200.

Gothenburg is the friendliest city in Sweden. There is always something going on and the city is small enough and big enough at the same time. Read more about different hotels, restaurants, events and much more.

Here you can also see the tourist film about Gothenburg, Meet the World in Gothenburg.

We are proud that people from all parts of the world choose the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre and Gothia Towers to meet, work, do business, grow relationships, develop products and ideas, eat well and overnight in comfort. We have been in business for over 90 years and our aim is to retain the leading position resulting from our commitment to the environment and the community.
